How it works:
Following each customer interaction, the sales/service rep dials a toll free
number and dictates the notes from the sales/service call (usually 1-2 minutes
is all it takes).
What is captured?
- Complete account details including address and contact information
- Complete notes from the call
- Any follow-up items to be put on a calendar for later retrieval by the sales/service rep or management

- Managers and reps log on to www.telenotes.net to view the information
- The information synchronizes with Outlook, a Windows Pocket PC or Blackberry/iPhones
- Reps can view all their accounts, contacts, sales/service calls, call histories
